Chris Jones

IVT's founder and CEO Chris Jones has a rich computer telephony background. He previously was a lead engineer for the elite "Advanced Voice Systems" group of MCI. There he helped engineer countless innovations that helped shape the VoIP revolution of today. His expertise is not limited to carrier grade networks. He has provided solutions or support to nearly half of the fortune 100 companies over the last ten years. He has been trained by some of the finest engineers in the industry and has contributed to major projects by Nortel, Genesys and many others. He founded IVT as an outlet to evangelize the proven process and methodology that he has found to work for many other companies.
Rick Kelley
Senior VP Strategic Iniatives and COO
Rick Kelley has been in the technology industry for over 20 years in an executive level capacity, he has experience in planning, designing and managing a vast array of business technology solutions. His experience ranges from conceptual design and implementation of business solutions, from highly complex enterprise telecommunications systems, Enterprise Resource Planning, large Customer Relationship Management systems, as well as technology portfolios. Rick led development efforts during the late 1980's with artificial intelligence and neural networks to create innovative automation to drive down operating costs. Mr. Kelley was instrumental in implementing solutions which increase operational efficiencies and drove down operating cost for USAir, VF Services, National Electronics Warranty, and Governmental organizations such as the Federal Aviation Administration, US Department of the Navy, and NASA's National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. He has also consulted with British Airways, Qantas Airlines, Department of Energy Savanna River, Los Alamos National Laboratory, and Duke Power.
Bill Soto
Senior Vice President - Sales
Prior to Intuitive Voice Technology, Bill Soto was Vice President of Sales for Citel Technologies, Inc., The VoIP Migration Company!". As well as enhancing their sales here in the US, Bill opened new distribution for Citel in Puerto Rico, Panama, Guatemala, Mexico, Jamaica and Canada. Bill has held sales management positions with companies such as, BroadSoft, SS8 Networks, ADC, Centigram, Intellicom, Mitel and Executone. Bill started his telecommunications career in 1984 with Executone of New York selling key systems the old fashioned way, cold calling and one at a time. Through many years of steady sales success and discipline, Bill has held sales management positions such as Director of Strategic Global Alliances, VP of Sales for Caribbean and Latin America, VP of Sales Asia Pacific, VP of US Sales and has lived in Venezuela and Singapore and done business in over 52 countries. In addition to his management experience he is also certified as a Mitel IP Sales Professional as well as a Certified Cisco Sales Expert. Bill has sold literally hundreds of telephone systems and considers the Evolution PBX the most versatile and feature rich next generation IP Communications solution he has seen in his 24-year career. |
